Breathe into Stillness.

Guided Breathwork Sessions

For over a decade, Audrey Cook, certified breathwork facilitator and licensed massage therapist, has guided hundreds of individuals into stillness with the transformative power of conscious breathing. Rooted in evidence-based techniques and mindfulness practices, blending modern neuroscience with ancient teachings that can regulate your nervous system, release what is no longer serving your life, and restore mental and emotional clarity and wellness. There are individual and group sessions available in person and online.

“In a world that teaches us to disconnect from ourselves in order to over-function and over-perform to be accepted, I created Inspire Stillness Breathwork as an invitation to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and feel the stillness that exists in your body. You will feel restored—mind, body, and soul.”

Your Questions, Answered

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, stress reduction, mental clarity, and deeper mind-body connection. Different styles of breathwork create different experiences, ranging from calming and meditative to energizing and transformational. Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel deeply relaxed and calm, while others experience emotional release, tingling sensations, warmth, clarity, joy, or a meditative/spiritual state. Many people leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

During a session, you’ll be guided through a specific breathing pattern while listening to music and connecting with physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts in the body. Sessions often include grounding, intention setting, active breathing, rest/integration, and reflection afterward.

Each session or workshop typically lasts about 90 minutes.

Do I need experience to participate?

Not at all. Breathwork is beginner-friendly, and all sessions are guided step-by-step. You do not need prior meditation, yoga, or breathwork experience.

  • Improved emotional regulation

  • Increased mental clarity

  • Better sleep

  • Greater body awareness

  • Enhanced self-connection

  • Increased energy

  • Emotional release and processing

  • Nervous system regulation

Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with:

  • Severe cardiovascular conditions

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders
